With this app, you can:
- Skip the queue and video consult a doctor
- Schedule and book health screenings, vaccinations and COVID-19 tests
- Make medical appointments from the extensive list of specialists
- View your personal health records in one place, and
- Stay updated on health-related news and advisories
- View your health screening records, and
- Monitor daily activities with integration of your Apple Health, Google Fit and Fitbit.
Relatively good experience. Can further improve on alerting patients when the doctor calls. Sometimes the moment I rush to my phone and pick up the doctor's call, the app doesn't seems to respond.
So far, my experience with the Raffles Connect app has been really good. I have so far managed to book a health package, get Q no. before arriving at the clinic and yesterday had a Teleconsult with Dr. for my child at 7:15pm and medicine managed to arrive by 10:30pm π and downloaded the MC via the app. Seamless and no complains at all!
I am giving this app one star only because I have to leave a review. This does not deserve even one star rating rating. User experience in this app is just the worst, importantly don't force people to use an app that doesn't work when they come to see a doctor. Hospital is not a place to force technologies just to get a queue number. Now after a few days I can't even find my own consultation history. Undergrad students will do a better job than this.
Fast and convenient
Your app ia broken after the update, it keeps asking for Bluetooth access, there isn't any way to allow it to use Bluetooth in permissions. I have checked. Already given microphone permission still unable to connect to teleconsult. Fix the app so you don't inconvenience people. Will change rating once fixed.
Awesome app. Nuff said.
