App is so useless
Good app
The application is not allowing to dowload the reports, it is asking for password. Even after entering the password, it is showing invalid password. The application has been reinstalled twice. The problem was reported to the reception and they said this will be fixed by the department I visited. However, that department confirmed that this will be fixed by the reception, basically a sort blame-game. Not sure whom should I contact to resolve the issue.
Not able to see medical reports. It just keeps on loading and loading.. useless
Report details not opening in android
I'm unable to open a medical report from any of my visits. In order to report that I opened a built in chat. The bot asked me to provide a phone number to send an OTP. But the SMS never arrived. I'm sure that the phone number I provided works because I revived an OTP from another service that day. I'm not in Dubai currently, so I can't make a call or come to one of the Prime med branches to report that. Can you help?
