Does not play well with the Samsung S24 Ultra. Bluetooth disconnects constantly and it messes with the phone's functionality such as speakerphone, alarms, etc. They suggest buying a clip but I don't believe I should pay for something I shouldn't have to.
Works very well. Some learning was required.
Very unstable app.it works intermittently.
Sound quality on phone calls is terrible. Also, people keep telling me that I keep cutting out and to repeat what I said. I know it is not my phone as I have had conversations with the same people without using the hearing aids and they hear me fine without cutting out. The Philips Journal is totally useless. Will for a week and then quit. I have not been able to get it working again.the
drops left or right hearing aids all the time
Great concept, but performance is poor. Same problems as others have mentioned, plus the sound will switch back & forth between hearing aids when using them thru Bluetooth on Spotify or cellphone. This technology has been around long enough that they need to get serious with their programming. I uninstalled the app and control the aids thru my Samsung S20 Bluetooth settings. That works fine.
App works great and was easy to setup and manage. The controls are simple and intuitive..I'm very happy with my first hearing aids!
We've added the option of monitoring the charging status of your hearing aids in the app. You can check if your hearing aids are charging or fully charged while in charger.* In addition, you can now turn on or off notifications for the Philips Journal feature according to your preference. *Only available with Philips HearLink 9050/7050/5050/3050
