I have 2 accounts with P&A Group. When I go to my account list, nothing shows. Also for the details that do show, there's no indication if I'm looking at my FSA account or HSA account. Additionally, a claim I recently filed and was approved is nowhere to be found.
It shows all my previous years, but not my current year plan. So, it is basically useless to me. I'm giving it an extra star because it does have the "check item eligibility" which could be helpful.
This app and this company website are the worst ever. I try repeatedly to upload pdf file as requested but it will not work. I even rename the files to short names still will not take the file. This app just sucks.
Organized but you need to verify with 2-step authentication literally every single time you log in and you can't turn it off. GG.
Lousy ap. Keeps throwing me out. Won't recognize my challenge response even though I reset everything yesterday due to same issue.
Won't take my receipt uploads. Even if a take them with the camera in the App. If they're digital it says they are the wrong format and need to be a pdf even if it is a pdf.
Hard to get straight forward information.
