Love this app and the weigh in scale that Omada provides. They sync up and I don't have to remember to input weight. I do wish the app had a menu for when you input food, say chick fil a sandwich, it would pull up menu for that and u just choose what you ate. I use another app to track food because I can scan the boxes or food I'm eating and drinking and and or pull it up by restaurant. Or at least sync with say Samsung health app or others! overall though I love the app and highly recommend ☺️

mah, probably good for getting people off the couch some, I was much more serious about losing my weight. really like the scale that sends the weight to the app.
Could be better. I have been using Samsung Health, and I have gotten used to a lot of features that I thought would be ubiquitous in health tracking apps. Does not count calories or any other nutritional data, says that it's synced with my Samsung Health app but hasn't imported any data. Tried to manually enter some weightlifting, but that is not a selectable activity. About the only thing this does other than provide a portal for you to your coach is receiving weight data from the scale.
