the app does not give appt time
It's a good app but needs improvement. Records don't always update in the app. It can be frustrating at times
Very easy to understand the process.
This app & its corresponding portal create an incredibly frustrating experience when trying to access my health data. From the excessive time it takes to log in & for records to load, to the confusing layout & incomplete information within the documents themselves, the entire system feels poorly designed. The verification process adds another layer of unnecessary difficulty. This lack of usability makes it incredibly challenging to manage my health info.A complete overhaul of user interface need
