The Modivcare app is an easy, convenient and accessible way to schedule and manage all of your Modivcare non-emergency transportation needs. No need to call a care center.
For eligible members who drive themselves to appointments, they can submit their claims for Mileage Reimbursement.
Existing Member Services Website accounts will not work logging in.

Twice I booked a ride and didn't get picked up. Apps time of pickup and what they tell you and lyfts time don't match up. Had to find rides myself horrible. Especially when you need to see a doctor.

I entered all my correct information. Tried every way you can imagine. It does not work. I have the same insurance for years yet it can't find me. Total waste of time.
