Terrible, Used to be ok , now never opens , ,won't activate tests, constantly have to call and do over the phone . Told for over 18 months the app will be fixed . Dreadful.

The process was quick and easy. I received a response within 2 days of sending my lab test back.
Terrible customer service. They ignore and ghost you if there is an issue. When I placed my order it said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. At day 18 of not receiving it I reached out to them and said to just refund me, Id find another option. To which a rep said okay. I never received a refund or a response. Then I received an email they ship the test (which they never did) 23 days later and no refund or test and no one would respond. Finally had to open a new case and finally was refunded.
Won't risk having this on my phone. It collects to much PI, so I'm tossing it unused.
