I have been a Forward member for a while and really enjoy the service. With the release of CarePod, I have moved to that service. Many of the apps don't open, or they crash, and the app just closes. It also isn't clear how often I would be getting notifications or reminders to help me reach my goals.
I had nothing but problems with this app prior to my first appointment which was ridiculously difficult to make. I had to email the company numerous times to get an appointment and it never was my choice of date and time. I find the the graphs to be unhelpful, difficult to interpret.

Prompt clearly displayed results for lab work. Prompt response to questions.
You guys, I tried. I really tried being optimistic about this service. It is horrendous. The app continually crashes. Whoever is monitoring the chat either enjoys effing with people, or they're completely incompetent and should not be in the field of healthcare. I am a strong advocate that no one should put their faith in this system for anything related to their wellbeing. Really messed me up, guys. 😭🤕
