App doesn't work on Android.
I have had a wonderful experience with my doctors. The problems I have had is with Duly's billing and payments, they cannot apply payments to your account and keep up to date payments that are made, they are the most inept billing department I have ever seen, the billing department is antiquated they really need to train their staff because they don't have a clue how to keep good records, they will charge double triple and quadruple times for the same thing.

Excellent app but could be a little easier to use.
This site is terrible. When using the back button you invariably end up going off the site and have to login again instead of logging out. The only benefit is writing a question or asking for an appointment instead of using the phone to try and call in.
Expects me to pay on the app but won't load the payment options on a pixel 7. Don't expect me to pay my bill if I can't do it easily on the phone.
