I don't know the issue my intertnet connection is so fast.. But it giving me hard times to access the app now.. I tried multiple times but keeps on loading.. I uninstall the app and it is still the same.
The doctors are always nice and the app is easy to use. If you have a health insurance coverage you can easily link it to the app and everytime you will have a doctor's appointment it will go towards your plan.

always malfunctioning. never experienced a smooth transaction whenever I use this app. Customer service phone number doesn't work. Try emailing them only for them to reply 3 days after the email that I've sent.
I would like to provide feedback about our latest experience when trying to consult today thru Dr Anywhere. I understand that the consultation is only for 15-mins, for one 15-mins is too short of a time to be able to properly assist a patient without rushing thru it! Second, while I understand that the consultation is only for 15-minutes, I expect that the doctors still show care and compassion for their patients. We didn't get that today from Dr. Carlo Antonio Boado, Nephrology.
