helps! visuals are very appealing & nice, there's not really a clear schedule for your eating habits but that's okay, many features of this app make up for it. the little motivational quotes & affirmations when you open the app are cute and I love them!!
I appreciate the ACT perspective in the app (I use ACT at work) because I resonate with it. Lovely setup, lovely support and guidance, simple to use. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because the links for resources, education, and so forth aren't opening. Not sure if it's a temporary thing or they just don't work. It's very unfortunate because these links would otherwise contain essential information!

i like that u can add pictures to ur entries!! i havent utilized the record functions yet but i like that thats an option too! the coping chats are really nice and and nothing ive found is hidden by a paywall which is probably my favorite thing. and the Lil Guyโข๏ธ is adorable just a lil blob w some stub arms what a lovely lad!! nice app to just document a digital diary on too and everything can be backed up- minus the pictures,, but everything else is really nice!
