Can't seem to get this to load any results. It seems slow to do anything, only to give my blank results and that's while I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Most annoyingly, its location defaults to Boise. I keep entering my own zip code, but it keeps wanting to go back.

The app isn't even displaying my correct policy it displays an id card from an inactive policy and there is nowhere in the app to correct that.
