It's time to Update Your App BioLife!!! 1. If there is a deferral or pending test, a message should be prompted so you don't go all the way to the center for immediate deferral! 2. Other Plasma centers do the questions on the app not a the center and only need to scan a QR code upon arrival. This does the following: A. Saves time and speeds up the process for everyone B. Saves you Money at all your centers as you don't need the computer stations and constant updates. C. More customers
The new update where it requires a OTP sent to your email to log in every single time is so stupid. No one needs to verify and protect their plasma appointment account so much where it needs to mandatory 2 time authentication. It's dumb. Allow an option to take this off or only for verification purposes ONE TIME...not every single time you log in. Fix your APPLICATION.

Takes too long to load. Stop with all the flashy pages and just let me edit my appointments. That's all this app needs to be. If it's more convenient to log into a desktop just to access my appointments, you failed.
New update with double verification is really difficult. No matter that you have verify your email, you have to re enter a passcode to sign in every time. Please fix issue
I don't know why, but the past week or so, every time I log in it has to send a verification email to be able to get on it. I don't understand the point of having an app if you have to log in somewhere 3 times to even see anything. I am not a fan of this update.
Can't log into the app. When I go to Gmail for the confirmation code, the app resets to login Everytime I come back.
