The Beltone HearMax app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

App/Bluetooth never works on both hearing aids at the same time.
No work. This app Is needed device
Not a good app at all! Never works as it should. Always disconnecting from Bluetooth when I go from room to room in my tiny apartment. Every time I go in the bathroom and kitchen it dings in my ear as if i have a new notification. Doesn't connect on phone calls, incoming or outgoing. My overall hearing aid experience is not what I expected!
The app Icon is stating there is an update once we clear the update it still states on the Icon its needed it never clears. What is the correction for this.
Great until I need to adjust. That part is confysing.
Too noisy and slide out. They are too big for my ear. After bringing it up several times, the provider finally sent it to be changed to the smallest size. It is not too much of a difference from the other size so I can still not wear them They said there was nothing they could do because they don't have smaller receivers, and I did not return them within the 45 day period. I got stuck with the most expensive ones. I will not buy from Beltone again.
can only speak for myself. with back ground noise I have a hard time hearing voices. have tried many adjustments
