The app itself is fine but this company is the worst. The way they are handling this Change issue is not fair to longtime customers. It shouldn't cost me $125 out of pocket to see my doctor that normally costs me $0. I sincerely hope they don't try to turn around a bill my insurance for their incompetence and unwillingness to ask for the provided help from Change.

Spoke with a tyrant doctor maury greenberg. Need to be able to leave feedback or comments to make sure amwell and others understand when one of their doctors acts out of line or acts like a dictator that doesn't listen. He took the money and was the opposite of helpful. Not using this again
My husband works for Amwell!! This app is AWESOME!! I love how nice the workflow of the app makes it easy to go through to view the physician of your choice! Most of these physicians have been really patient focused and really helpful!! **********Please work on including a section with physicians that specialize in Hematology! That would really be soooo helpful, and would for sure be a very utilized service in the telehealth industry, especially here at AmWell!!!**********
