I really like this app, but I'm so disappointed with the decision to switch to a subscription based model, without offering an alternative. This was previously an amazing tool that was actually financially accessible for the average person, and now it's permanently behind a paywall. I think giving people the option to donate monthly while allowing for outright purchasing, maybe on a sliding scale so people can pay more if they can, would have been a way better alternative.
Fantastic app but videos stop working & the illustrations for the quizzes do not display whenever they decide to glitch. Customer support is usually good about restoring it within a day or two.

Yesterday, on 11/12/23 i paid for the pro upgrade . Money was taken but was written in a message, i can't do the upgrade and now i have nothing! No money, no full access.

Has been extremely valuable for my schooling and now professional career. I reference it multiple times a week.
I paid 3 days ago for the "Standard membership" $30 with tax. Even have attempted to uninstall & reinstall numerous times to get the Standard verison. But, all it keeps reading is "Error no licensing" located. I even went to customer support email 3 days ago. All they do is sent to me a page saying they are having problems with the app. Even uploaded my receipt for a "reset update" per their request. Here I am with no update to Standard membership & only automatic reply's from customer support.
