I had a difficult time getting the app to work after downloading it. Operator error, I must say the tech support team is AMAZING! We are new to the Villages, and this app is a MUST have. However, I had no idea that it was going to surprise me by giving me SO MUCH more than help getting around on the golf cart trails/ paths/ roads. I would HIGHLY recommend this app if you are new to the villages. Add to it tech support is AMAZING.
When it works it's great. But when it doesn't work, you have to find another way to navigate golf cart paths. My app is glitchy or something, but customer service helped me and fixed it. So kudos to them for a pretty fast email response, but it's email. Not instant Glad I have back up GPS apps
App kept current. Good customer support. Worth paying for as The Villages has gotten so big, the app is a must if you like to travel outside if your normal route.
Recently, I was having trouble with the new version of the app. I reached out to the administors for assistance. They were extremely fast in getting back to me and extremely helpful. It is so refreshing to get fast, professional, and friendly service. Oh, and the app is great by the way!! Thank you!
