Constant glitches, bus time does not update properly. I do not like this app
The app doesn't show the same options as the online plan my trip does. It left out the transfer to the #19 when I maped from Hillhurst to 16 Ave and 8 street NW. Gave no other option than walking from 14 Ave for 20 mins which may not be an option for everyone. Also tried to map almost the same route (would have stayed on 19 longer) and it doesn't even seem to know that the 65 and 19 connect. Say walk to the #19. Also, the train option offered says to walk home from Franklin station. Wrong.
Trash app and garbage transit system. Trains and busses are never on time, posted information is always inaccurate. Trains are dirty and filled with people doing drugs and fighting

The routes have changed today. It's nearly 6pm and the app hasn't updated the new routes yet. Kind of important. I've also had lingering problems with at least one stop that the app says my bus stops at but the bus does not stop there, and the app estimating a 2 or 3 minute walk while showing me a path of nearly a kilometer. If I'm at the right stop and just checking times then the app is 90-95% accurate.
