Great thermostat and easy access to the mobile app.
Everyone including myself have indicated the app is crashing. If your TCC developers can't seem to get this straightened out for the consumer maybe social media might be able to assist in developing a program that is stable.
having the same issue as others with it flipping making the app unaccessible.
The app used to work. Very basic but I could control my thermostat from anywhere. However it started flipping between portrait and landscape when I opened it and wouldn't even go to the login screen. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. It continued to do that but finally went to the login screen. Was able to log in, then it crashed. I don't understand why it doesn't work anymore.
As long as you have Internet service this thermostat and app work as expected. I mostly leave it on permanent hold but the is nice too.

Happy with the app just wished the thermostat. Would auto switch from heat to cool and cool the heat when needed on its own
