The Light Meeting

The Light Meeting started as an instrumental cello and guitar duo. They found success on platforms like the meditation app Insight Timer. Their calming, yet inspiring musical pieces are a great fit for a yoga or meditation playlist as well as other mindful activities. The Light Meeting app is an expansion of this vision, now offering new & exclusive music, recorded yoga classes and more. 

ACOUSTIC YOGA CLASSES: 
Join Matt (RYT 500 & guitarist of The Light Meeting) for yoga. He's a dedicated yoga practitioner and teaches mindfully in the styles of Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin & Restorative. All feature live music played on acoustic guitar. New classes will be uploaded monthly.
