This app is awful. It hardly ever loads. Once it does its super slow. What is the point of having an app to track the watch if it never works. I shouldn't have to CONSTANTLY restart the app or even Uninstaller the app to work. The bugs need to be worked out.
It takes forever to open and sometimes doesn't open at all. It's very slow and clunky.
App takes a long time to load. Location never updates. Live tracking gives me an error. I am paying for service to give me peace of mind and it doesn't work at all. It's 10pm and the app still says my son is at school. Please fix this app
I have had this watch a month it has so many issues 1. Location is always wrong even in live mode track the watch to a kid using her # on his apps for location it's his old # so we changed the number it didnt help 2. It won't allow me to add a family group 3. Http 409 comflict appears 4. Internet is offline. 5.It jumps in and out of boundaries every 15mins and it's never in the same place she is 8 and is in school but her location is everywhere terrible product in my opinion...
This app takes forever to load if it ever does and constantly signs me out. Absolute garbage app.
Doesnt work
The app itself leaves much to be desired. It takes a long time to open, sometimes doesn't open, and doesn't update everyone's current location, even though you recently just used the app. Also, there are spelling errors: it should be "calculator," not "calucator."
