I used this app 04/22/2024. I was charged 550.00 on my debit card and I contacted the management and the support team also. Not very good customer service.
First and foremost, while this may not necessarily be Speed Queen's fault, the fact that one needs to pay for loads of laundry on top of rent at their apartment is ridiculous. But combine that with an app that is slow, frequently glitches out preventing me from doing my laundry, and only allows payment by adding funds in $10 increments (meaning basically everyone leaves some spare change on the app that is unusable) gives this app an extremely poor user experience.

The only thing I would change about this app is I would allow $1 increment increases instead of only $5 increment increases otherwise I would have rated it five stars.
