the worst experience ever, I ordered from smiles grocery they sent half of the order and the other half was wrong, I chat with customer care from 13th May to 17th May following daily, every time they said no update once we receive we will inform you. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said within 24 hours, you would receive a call,nobody called. I ask again they sorry will update once we have an update. Noon service is 100 times better, no more smiles As long as this management exists.
I have been using this app for long time. But recently the amount for item is double the price when compared with direct sale amount even the promo code applied. Please look into this matter and correct it as soon as possible.
It's a nightmare to order through them. They don't have any procedures to fulfill the orders.They missed to deliver items and getting refund for their mistakes take a lot of effort from our end .Still pending to be credited ,eventhough their team had accepted its their mistake Pathetic service.Never again
