I am having issues with the latest update where my motion dection keeps turning off. This is not helpful since I am monitoring an empty property for potential break-ins.
I never get alerts on my phone when someone rings the doorbell. I have double and triple checked all the settings and try ALL the troubleshooting shooting steps. I even pay for the monthly subscription. Absolute garbage that it doesn't even do its basic function.
Cannot open with browser. Even though I could two days ago on same device and same browser. Support blames Google. Google blames Ring. Is there no work around? Nothing online helps. I've tried resetting app and phone, disabling browser. Tried three other browsers. Someone please help.
Love this app. I can see everything happening at home at anytime.
There is a longer delay since the update. I use to get notifications as soon as the ring went off but now with the update it takes several minutes.
Having major issues logging in. I Uninstalled the app. And it won't allow me to even log in when I reinstalled it
The app is never ready to use. It constantly needs to be killed and restarted. I can't use it to disarm the the system when I get home because it never starts up. It needs to be killed from Settings at least one time if not more than that, every time I attempt to use it. I can't/don't use it to arm the system because it never starts up. Really makes having the entire ring system not worth it. Running on Pixel 6 Pro with Android 14 and all the latest security updates. App is up to date as well.
