A much easier way to get the most out of Ravelry
It's a great app, well laid out. My two complaints are 1) you can't see a random/featured selection like on the website and 2) you can only view a certain number of patterns before you have to buy premium.
A very useful app for pattern searches. Also excellent for storing bought patterns.
Loved it on my iPhone, switched to Android phone. The search filter does not work on my favorites on my Android. So now it's only a very much like. Still renewed it.
Everything Ravelry should be and isn't! Ironically, the only thing I can't find is a customer service contact, but maybe with time? I've only been on it for 5 minutes, but it feels intuitive and easy, which Ravelry hasn't in a very long time since the big change-over. Plus it's readable on a phone, which is a huge relief. I hate dragging out the ancient laptop which is rarely used anymore. Thank you!
More accessible than the raverly website itself in many ways. However it lacks the same advanced search function as the website, you have to manually go into the filter function which is a pain. Edit; I've also just found that the yarn search function on the project section of a pattern doesn't work, which is a great shame as it would have been very handy. It's a good app in principle but it's frustrating that functions that seem to have been thought of and built into the app don't work.
