App keeps crashing. I reached out for assistance and I haven't heard back
The platform tends to lag when loading and its not as user friendly as preferred. But once you are able to view your project, it is acceptable.
Worked well for several years while I have been participating in a study. A few months ago, the app just stopped letting me open any tasks. Automatically closing them up on opening them. Had to drop out of the study as a result.
Since the last update I'm unable to login for my project. Please fix this issue
What have you done!? I go into app to do my panel today & am told to change pw. Have done this multiple times with the requested criteria....and it does nothing! Cannot log in! Sort it out.
