Pawscout, the Smarter Pet Tag (MSRP $19.99), works with our free App to keep tabs on your favorite furball. Track walks and monitor your pet’s activity levels. Or set an outdoor virtual pet leash while you’re outside, and receive alerts on your phone when your pet goes out of range.
-The Pawscout App relies on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your Pawscout Smarter Pet Tag. Your pet must be within 300 feet of you or anyone with the Pawscout App to locate him or her.

Horrible. If your phone doesn't load the notification you click on it won't ever let you see the contact info and hopefully your pets okay. Oh wait, if you get a fancy Bluetooth collar you can see whatever you want about them (half the time I'm assuming) this is a joke and really messed up. There should be a way to message a someone if they have an account or something else it's stressful AF
I've had nothing but trouble with this app and tags have been lost and I can't change it on my dogs stuff to a new tag
So stupid can't even track my dog someone with the app has to scan it to actually see where he's at hope they upgrade tags

App doesn't work . I had a yearly subscription which I paid full amount. Didn't get the money back . Do not buy this tag and pay for yearly subscription.
I have not been able to access the shop in months. I can't buy a new battery, so I'll have to cancel the subscription.
Sofar it is a great app, easy to install and run. The only problem I'm having is that, under physical activity, it says my notifications are blocked and won't let me turn it on. I have checked, and all permissions are allowed, I'm not entirely sure how to fix it.
