Ninety nine percent of the time the doorbell camera doesn't work since they changed over to ADT. I pay the monthly fee and I contacted them around 3 times in a year and they want to just tell me on phone how to fix it! It still doesn't work!!
Was able to complete some questions but my main issue for my front door video wasn't fixed Tech support explained he would send it to the engineer to see wats going on hope to have a good reply next time I call about my front door video
Great experience with home safety and the company.
HORRIFIC! it is not user friendly.. its always a loop to get into settings and then once there is "some" progress its always not available.
Northstar Home please 🥺 fix the bugs in this app. We can't view any in time enough to see what's going on around our property.
