Great system. Affordable, reliable, and cost-effective. The system works. So far, I have been notified every time someone is in front of the door for too long or moving around after the alarm is activated. Oh, and the police have visited the premises a couple of times when we don't come up with the password or delay answering the phone.
Disappointed that live video was taken off
For some reason, the app will not keep my login info. I have to put in log in info every single time, even when I check the box to remember login info.
TERRIBLE steps to delete doorbell video - Christmas eve, tons of people amd now I spend all night MANUALLY deleting all videos to avoid quota storage rules. FIX THIS!
