Don't get the smart sprinkler, it has 1 button on it and that's to reset the device. Not helpful when the sprinkler won't shut off a zone and the app says nothing is running. If you're going to buy out sprinkl then at least take some of their code. That was great, this thing is a pain.
Update screwed everything up and wiped out my sprinkler controller, going to have to reconfigure all my hardware zones and schedules again when I'm not away
its pretty wild how the internet can turn on and off and test my faucet
6 D batteries are required. They only last 3 months at most and go dead without warning leaving you without water or having to run to Home Depot at the most inconvenient times. What you save in water usage you will spend in time and money in battery replacements.
I want to give it 5 stars but I don't like that I have to have multiple apps to use all the moen devices. I have the leak detectors and that uses 1 app, and then my sump pump monitor uses this app. I have had a number of times where when I open the app and it asks for my login info and won't login. I then try 30 min later and the app works. Video directions on installing the sump pump monitor need to include setting imperial/metric first. I had a tough time setting up due to this.
After performing the steps from the support, my issues were resolved and I can see data in the history tab. I still have to see if my saved contact will break through Do Not Disturb. Increasing review from 1 to 4 stars.
Have an error, I can't even contact support without uploading a docs, but the upload document button won't work either! I did finally get someone on the phone at Moen, the rep was super nice and spent nearly an hour to help resolve and document the bug. But there is something in the latest build that's not allowing me too see my devices still. Once fixed I'll update my review. As of 4/22/24 I don't have access to my own devices but Moen Corp can see them on their side lol
