It finally works and has been updated. My 2017 GLE 350 4matic now has remote start! Good job guys on update!!!!!!

So I have a active account since 3/27 and the app is saying that VIN can not be recognize and I have spoken with Customer service and Embrace and nothing has been resolved, and something needs to happen

couldn't get the app to connect to my car for over a year. talked with maybe a dozen technicians over 3 months and never got it to work. well, one year later the app works but they took away 'send2benz' which is the only reason I got the app....
