When you open a ticket, you receive an e-mail with the scheduled appointment but the app doesn't show it. The e-mail itself has little information about the ticket, so if you opened multiple, it's hard to know which one is being addressed. If a request wasn't fixed on the scheduled date due to the i.e. lack of a tool, then you really don't have a clue when they will visit you again to solve the issue. After creating a ticket you might receive messages l in the app, but you get no notifications.
user friendly...easy to use
Sorry to change my review as unfortunately I find it difficult to understand. I've filed leasing office requests (twice) and the 'new message' which I've been notified of is nowhere to be found. The whole 'send message' section that I've been emailed about is non existing. It's frustrating especially because the other way of contacting through the app doesn't seem to go through. Also both heating information and help tiles are ending up as errors.
User friendly, great for anything really. Whether rasing a maintenance call or keeping track of any notices.
