Doesn't always connect. Have a lot of error messages! Frustrating when you pay for a service to make sure your child is safe!
Great Camera, not only for monitoring a baby I use it for security.
Paid for a yearly plan, but the live camera stopped working after a few month because the app directed me to pay for a monthly plan, on top of the plan I purchased. I wrote an email to costumer service and got no answer.
I subscribed for the trial period, but there is no option to watch livestreaming. What's the point of paying something that you can't use? And there is no option to cancel it. I'm trying to contact the technical support. Hopefullt I won't be charged.
