Connectivity stopped working after silent firmware update. Can't connect device to my wifi anymore. Opened support ticket but no response since 4 weeks even after checking in twice. Horrible customer experience. Device is useless now. Wouldn't buy it again.
Recently it has started logging me out all the time, and now saying my password (which I have saved) is incorrect. What's going on?
j'ai acheté un autre capteur co2 sur aliexpress car je voulais comparer. les valeurs du netatmo dans une chambre (2 adultes porte fermée) sont 3 fois supérieur à celui de aliexpress, j'ai une maison plutôt bien aéré grâce à la vmc simple flux et les nombreuses entrées d'air, je suis trop souvent au dessus des 2000 ppm et devrais dormir tout le temps fenêtres ouvertes pour atteindre des niveaux sains.
1. Please update the App Icon to be an Adaptive Icon (Material Design guidelines). 2. Please add Google Home and Google Assistant support. 3. Please include more information about Air Quality. CO2 is okay, but I want to know about VOC and AQI (micro particles). 4. Please update the Air Quality algorithm to be more realistic. I can keep the window open all day, and the Air Quality is Excellent (400 ppm), then I close the window and go to sleep, and in 1 hour the Air Quality is Poor or Bad...
Great app, functional and informative, nice graphs, etc., but: it cannot export time series with the data. The Web API is immature and buggy (CO2 is written with a zero, C02, so you never get that parameter - HTTP error 500). You can only get JSON output for one parameter at a time, and the timestamps are Unix Local Time in Seconds (huge 9- or 10-digit integers that are not easy to interpret). Not research-friendly. I use it with 3 NetAtmo indoor air quality monitoring devices.
App works as expected, however I'm missing Czech language. Any chance I could help translating the app?
