App is so easy to use. The service is outstanding. I really dislike the time it takes to do laundry and I appreciate the time it gives me to have someone take time to do it so nicely for me. Best gift to myself ever.
The service is great and their support team is good, but I haven't been able to use the app itself on my Pixel in a month! Force stopping or closing the app doesn't work, it just keeps reloading and flickering through pages constantly.
All they want is your money. They don't guarantee your clothes will be washed even with a membership. They don't do anything to correct the issue after many "unclaimed" washes as they don't have anything in place to make sure your clothes aren't being missed regularly. At this point it's as though they aren't even trying to send it out. I believe they get you to sign up after a few months of great service then stop. They will tell you it's not their problem and you are basically out of luck.
When I first found out about this App I was over the moon. So helpful & timely. After only 6 months they seem to be going under. I understand it's by whoever decides they want to do the work. The owners do NOT guarantee that anyone will actually pickup your order & do it. They won't do anything to rectify the issue as "they don't guarantee your order will be done". Even with the membership you will end up getting screwed if you are trying to use this site regularly. Do not waste your time or $.
I put my pants on just like the rest of you - one leg at a time. Except, when my pants are on, they were washed by hampr. Now with assorted performance upgrades.
