Exercisers have the ability to set goals, create workouts, or request and receive workouts from their personal trainer.
The Halo Fitness app syncs with compatible Life Fitness and Cybex cardio equipment with internet connection. After completing a workout, the results are automatically saved and added to the timeline.
Ask if your fitness center is connected to the Halo Fitness Cloud, so you can join the Halo Fitness community at your gym and enjoy the benefits of extended programming with personal trainers, classes and more directly in the app.
Note: If you can’t log in with your email in the Halo Fitness app, your gym might not be using the Halo Fitness Cloud. We recommend speaking to your club about signing up for Halo Fitness

I work in the gym and we use halo fitness so it's essential for us a fitness instructors to have a clear app that we can explain to our members and get them involved in using it and booking programmes with us that in turn go on to their own halo app
This app is terrible. Glitchy, laggy, unreliable. I have to repeatedly click "connect" because about 2 times out of 3 the QR scanner either doesn't appear, or disappears before I can scan anything. It often records the same exercise twice and seems to have no way to delete the duplicates. It freezes every time it goes into the background and then is reopened. It frequently refuses to connect to equipment, claiming it is "offline" when it isn't. It often falsely claims to have no internet access.
Spectacularly bad UX. You really have to want to persist with this bizarre mental headf..k in order to get anywhere. However, I don't. I did eventually solve the problem referenced below (can't connect via QR) - you have to have an actual exercise on the screen first. But who cares, when the entire experience is goddamn awful. And I couldn't find any support info anywhere which I guess means Fit Cloud Technology Ltd wants all this stuff aired publicly right here. So here ya go.
This app just sucks, like you press the qr emblem to link and it pops up on screen for a second and then shoots away, some times the menu won't open full, like it genuinely a buggy mess
Terrible app, doesn't connect to anything. Not sure why gyms would be offering this as part of a membership as it adds zero value.
