Have to many malfunction for nothing

When traveling it's wonderful to have.
We hired this company a year ago, now the security cameras do not work, we have called the company and they do not answer and when they do we explain the problem and they charge us 300 dollars to repair the cameras, the cameras do not work but yes, they charge the monthly payment on time, if something happens to my house and my family I hold them responsible. I do not recommend it.
Its horrible I have called Brinks aka skyline security numerous times. They cannot and will not fix the issue. I cannot see my monthly charges, or monthly payments made. I cannot make payment on the app like it says you can. I can know do a quarterly report like it says you can. Its all false advertising. And be ware do not let them in your attic if their worker cracks your ceiling due to their negligence and tells you the company will pay to have it fixed. That too is all a lie. It falls on u.
Absolutely Love the Brinks Home Security System. The camera & wall panel are both crystal clear, keep real time, & have no delays; they work great! Customer service personnel are wonderful. They're nice, ready to help, knowledgeable, patient, & professional. They answered every question in detail to my understanding. I called back a 2nd time & was able to speak with Jesus, again, from the 1st call, already familiar with my situation, & gladly answered one more question. I'm stoked to have Brinks
I always have to call Brinks to reset my password because I am not able to log in online. Most times it will not recognize my password & you have to be near the monitor when you call. Most times I am out of town so I have to wait until I return home & after 9 pm, you will not get a representative unless the alarm is activated.
