Waste of money
I find this super relaxing, and after paying a few dollars for the full version and using this for a few days, i already feel a shift in my need toward certain habits i wish to break.. i will definitely continue to listen to this, and some of the other apps from this developer that are available.. If you are open to suggestion and ready to really make the change you desire, then i recommend a full version to enhance your experience.. 👍
