To use BoatConnect you will need to purchase a BoatConnect hub. The hub is available online and at selected retail stores. Installing the BoatConnect app is free.
The smart boat monitoring service costs $19.99/month. You can cancel the subscription at any time.
Subscription is for one month and automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Would rate a - if possible! Never did connect to a cell network. Going to return the hub tomorrow. There is no tech support. Better to have a buddy check on your boat if you can't.
Junk.. 99% of the time the location doesn't work.. today nothing works.. says try later since yesterday.. can't wait to sell my boat and cancel this junk.. Your response to my review is a joke.. "Contact Us" I have contacted your customer support/service what ever you want to call it so many times since the day I hooked up my Boatconnect and have never got anything fixed or even corrected.. It's obvious you all have no clue about this product and to contact again to find your people have no clue is not worth the time.. Attn: consumers, stay away and save yourself the dollars..

This app and hub doesn't work. I was never able to get the cell service to hook up. The support from Sinrad and anyone else was a "zero". I received a case number but that means nothing, the product I believe launched to early because Simrad support themselves know very little. Sorry for the bad review but warning the next frustrated set if consumers some time.
