What do you need?
Please make sure your access control system and smartphone are both connected to the internet. With this app you can immediately receive calls after completing the installation process. Niko Access Control is available in several European languages.

Cannot re-install after update. Correction: new version of app (2023/04/04) functions correctly!
After we updated the kit we found ourselves locked out of our house as the lock didn't respond. My husband had to reinstall the app on his iPhone, which sorted his problem. When I tried to do the same on my Android (OnePlus) to get the lock fixed as well, I find myself without app. After the download, the installation of the app keeps on failing... Niko has great hardware, but the IT side is far from being on par...
Technisch ok, Softwarematig opmerkingen. De laatste software update zorgde voor verbeteringen maar vooral voor achteruitgang. Ik kan het deurslot niet meer bedienen als iemand aanbelt. De heren van Niko weigeren dan ook te antwoorden op mijn mail met constructieve feedback. Ik lees verder in de reviews dat anderen ook dezelfde problemen ervaren. De review is tekort om alle tekortkomingen te vermelden. Sorry Niko team, spijtig dat jullie niet antwoorden.
When call comes the app plays sound using phone speakers even if you have Bluetooth headphones connected. That makes it annoying for others.
