United StatesInfomaniak Check was created to simplify identity verification procedures and strengthen the security of your account.
This app allows you to securely transfer the requested elements if you lose your login details, to request the deactivation of dual authentication, to unblock your account or to verify certain orders and/or payments.
Depending on the situation, the application will ask you for:
- Verification by SMS
- Your location
- A copy of your ID document
- A selfie
kCheck requires a request for identity verification from the support team and an Infomaniak account.
Error scan the QR code
Never got the sms code, tried all day. Tech support doesn't answer tickets. I am forced through a security check thus causing everything I bought to be on hold. Would of been nice to know this before I sent you money.

It asks me to submit a photo of a legal ID document to accses a domain name i bought from them. I don't think any other company does this
If I knew about the need to download this after paying, I would choose a different provider.
App asks way too many details without justification. Why GeoLocation is a must is not clear. This is a huge privacy violation and you have no way to opt out or have an alternate way to "validate". Do not recommend.
So I took the check and submitted all the ID the pics and it just ended like that . Went back to try and login after the process and I was taken to the same process again 😃😃
