Very poor customer service. Nobody arrived for home service on the booked date and the refund has not been processed even after 4 weeks. Rizek's customer service hotline number has been auto adjusted to busy and impossible to make any calls or follow up on complaints.
Thieves, they took my money, no one contacted me, not able to call them, their number will always say all the staff are busy, never do the services
Bad service
They give slots on the app that aren't available always have to reschedule and now they don't even show up with no way to reach customer service
😡 This app caused me a lot of harm!!! My Samsung system UI app was constantly crashing, became frustrating to use my mobile for basic functions. It deleted ALL my photos and videos from both my device and SD card, lost 5 years of media files! I lost confidence in Samsung and all 3rd party apps. Shame on you Rizek for publishing a poorly tested app :(
Worst application ever All customer support number not working and the chat is not active
