Service was scheduled at 10 p.m., yet no one showed up nor called. When I called, customer care was not available. I have been charged with no service. I called the service provider company, and he said I can't make it. He actually was rude and not helpful. Customer care called me and fixed the problem. They also compensated me generosity. I am changing the rating to 4 stars to encourage them to update the service.
آخر ٣ او ٤ طلبات لي كلهم يالي اتصال بعدهم بساعة او اكثر (نعتذر منك مافي عمال، نأجلها لبكرة؟) و اذا قلتلهم لا بلغي الطلب و اشوف احد ثاني، يلغيلك ياه بس تردلك فلوسك بعد يومين او ٣ ايام. خدمة فاشلة و تم ازالة التطبيق
I didn't recieved refund against my cancelled order before 4 months .. I sent them many mails and call them many times without any action taken
