The igloohome app allows users to manage their igloohome smart locks or igloohome smart keyboxes. Grant visitors access to your home or property from any time and place. Through the igloohome app, you can send a PIN code or Bluetooth key to anyone via email/SMS/Whatsapp/other communication platforms, for the duration that you select. Through the igloohome mobile app, you can also check the access logs to see who and when someone has entered your property.
For Airbnb hosts: Make check-in and check-out smoother for you and your guests. When you synchronise your Airbnb account to the app (via Airbnb Connect), a PIN code is created for each guest when their booking is confirmed. This PIN code is sent to the guest for his/her to use on the igloohome smart lock/keybox when they arrive at your property, and is only valid for the period booked.

I can no longer login to my app

I got this app and there must be some signals crossed. I tell it to unlock the door and it locks. It does the exact opposite of what I tell it. And the pin number does nothing.
I have never been able to log in to the Igloohome app using my 5G Samsung phone. I get an error message that reads Error 1.1.100 Pleasse check that your phone has a stable internet connection. My network connections are set correctly, mobile network is correct, have location on, data roaming is on, even tried with Wi-fi and bluetooth. I have also un-installed and re-installed the app and reset my network connections. Nothing works Igoohome tech support offers no help.
Not allowing me to generate passcodes
App is super bareboned, nothing works as advertised always with exceptions. FAQ on website is useless. WiFi bridge works only at initial set up, after that nothing works in the app.
