Best App Ever , if you want to practice Yoga this is what you need to down load - Thank you Mary
It makes you set up a profile, and then it doesn't allow you to try anything about this app without prompting you to sign up for the trial. There should at least be one sample routine available for people to try. $10/month or $100/year or $400 for lifetime in case you want to know before you download it.

Love this app. But it's really very glitchy. Freezes and then stops responding in the middle of a workout. It's not my phone since I've had this app for years across various devices. It's very frustrating to find the time to workout and then have the app stall.
Mary was offering a free yoga challenge, and after I participated I signed up because that's how much I enjoyed it. I am not very consistent with my yoga practice, and I've had the app for 3 years now. Not due to the app, just me. I love how I can search by length of practice. The morning practices are a go to of mine, as is the flexibility section. I made a commitment to myself yo stretch more; I have successfully done so with the app for nearly 4 months now. I love having the app to guide me.
