Great user interface, love that the fasting window is totally flexible
I paid for the premium use of this app cause I really like it. Customer supports sucks! I can't even for the God of me get an email to sign in to my account. Going to the website did nothing. I want my $30 money back. Can't even edit my freaking weight!
Good app overall as I like the calendar. But that's so irritating that it doesn't take into account some fasting for dome reasons I can't understand. I did a 48h fast and no way I can record it. Yesterday I did a 70h and it didn't take it into account either! There's no way we can go backwards the day before to add them. That's making the app annoying
I have the paid version and don't get my reminders to eat/end fasting. I've enabled/reenabled multiple times. It's a basic feature, I might as well just use my phone's alarm 🤷♀️

I've been doing intermittent fasting for abt 2 years. This one SURELY NOT an Intermittent Fasting App. The app maker does not even know what's the purpose of intermittent fasting. Right from the 1st minute you open the app, they'll try tosell their products and soo many garbage pop ups. The maker just started making an app and doing trial and errors. Uninstalled within 2 mins. There are MANY OTHER BETTER APP on app store. No need to waste time with this one.
Today is my 70th birthday. I have been dreading for months, so I didn't enjoy birthday year 69. I have not fasted this entire weekend. Celebrations on Saturday and today. I did not fast or exercise. I am restarting my fast tonight from 10:30 until 10:30 tomorrow. I have a dentist appointment at 11;30 and another appointment at 2:00pm. I plan to get back to my 45 minutes on my crossbody/elliptical tomorrow evening - which I actually enjoy. Bottom line I have been depressed!
