The Well One health score measures seven different aspects of the user’s health to scientifically calculate a score that quantifies their holistic health. The health score can range from 0 to 1000 and when tracked over time offers a good indication of how a user’s health is evolving. The financial wellbeing score gives an indication of the levels of financial stress or success.
The Well One digital health platform allows users to track their progress across all areas, add goals, synch their wearable devices, and get personalised rule-based coaching. The app encourages engagement with motivation techniques from behavioural science and gamification, and collaborative features from social networks.
The user may be able to earn points and recognition for using the app and for participating in activities depending on the set up.
Less option for sync device Even with phone, the tracking is not accurate
It's all good, but unfortunately not able to sync with my huawei watch. So sad.
Good app but difficult to update data
Steps not sync from google fit. Very poor apps, very frustrating apps
Seems to work well. Just started.
The connectivity to record the step is very poor some time.
Used the app as part of a work competition to encourage more walking. App constantly fails to track walks correctly, despite syncing with a fitbit device and keeping location and mobile data on during walks. This is even in built up areas ( non rural). Regularly registers walks at less than a KM despite actually being 3 or 4k walks. Waste of time.
