I have bipolar, c-ptsd, stuck in 5 years of MDD, ADHD, couldn't journal initially but tried it to help monitor new med protocol effects. The questionnaires and prompts record this so well without me having to overthink what is valuable to record and easily get key information, in addition to being therapeutic of itself. I struggle with an open canvas and at 42 have never been able to journal! I love this app it's so so good for me 😍
I've only just started this process with Unstuck. 2 days of Journaling. I'm feeling more calm and in control of my habits and thoughts. its a practical application of principles you might learn in a 1-1 therapy session.
A helpful app to help manage the thought & emotion. But personally, I've found this app is daunting for me because I should exeperience the neagtive emotion by myself. Perhaps this app will be more beneficial for the right person, but not for me....
I tend to spiral a lot and this app is so simple in catching my thoughts and identifying my feelings. It's easy to do and hence I can take 5-10 min to do this. Would really recommend for overthinkers out there!
