TrainerRoad for Android supports the most popular flagship Android devices
OS: Android 7 Nougat and higher
Connection: Bluetooth Smart, ANT+ and ANT+ FE-C
NOTES
TrainerRoad for Android supports Bluetooth Smart, ANT+ and ANT+ FEC. Some devices are ANT+ compatible on their own, but may require ANT plugins installed from the Google Play store before they’re ready to use. Other devices may require an ANT+ adapter. Fortunately, some of these devices work with existing ANT+ adapters from your computer and an additional USB-C or phone-specific USB adapter.
Given the various ways TrainerRoad for Android communicates via ANT+, some devices may have stronger signals than others. If you’re having difficulty using a native ANT+ device, you may need an adapter to train normally.
Very good for structured training. The Zwift training plans don't adapt to missed workouts or big outdoor rides etc

So far, so good. TR has really improved since I tried it about 7 years ago. Does everything I want it to and more including indoor and outdoor rides. More automatic now like loading to my Garmin head unit and keeping track of all my activities / stress scores.
workouts appear to be very well tailored to my current fitness level. The workouts push me without being overwhelming. The workout plans are also very good at adjusting if you take time off.
The training plans are great. The app itself sucks. It always breaks, and takes forever to start. I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to be able to use my trainer because the app isn't working.
